We all have a shared responsibility to minimise the risk of COVID-19 when working together.

During an in-home session, the Professional Organiser (PO) will follow the measures outlined below and strongly encourages our clients to do the same:

  1. practicing good hand hygiene

  2. keeping our distance from others

  3. wearing masks in indoor settings

  4. getting tested and staying home if you have symptoms

1.  Good hand hygiene

We will wash our hands thoroughly with soap and water or use hand sanitiser at the following times:

  • before entering and after leaving your home

  • after sneezing or coughing

  • before and after using the kitchen/handling food

  • after touching another person

  • after coming into contact with any bodily fluids

  • after using bathroom facilities

  • when there is visible dirt on hands

If we need to eat and drink while at your home, we will only use our own items.

Disposable single-use gloves are also available for use as needed.

2.  Physical distancing

To practice effective physical distancing, we ask that you are the only person on-site during a session wherever possible, or that other adult occupants remain in another area of the home while we work.

We will always maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from you or other occupants of the home.

3.  Wearing masks in indoor settings

When indoors, we will always wear a face mask covering our nose and mouth. We may also wear safety glasses or a face shield.

We aim to work in well-ventilated spaces by opening windows and doors where practical.

4.  Getting tested and staying home if you have symptoms

The day before each session, we will send a SMS and/or email to do a Pre-appointment Check. We will ask:

  • If you have a positive COVID-19 test result

  • If you are currently awaiting results for a COVID-19 test

  • If you are a close contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case

  • If you’re aware if you or members of your household been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, even mild symptoms

If you answer ‘Yes’ to any of these questions, we will reschedule the appointment with no fee charged to you.

If you or any members of your household feels unwell either before or during the session, we will cancel the session immediately. We will only charge for the service hours completed and travel where applicable.
