COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligible entrants who submit a response to the De-cluttering & Organising Session Competition between 5 and 18 September 2021 will automatically be entered into the competition for one of three 3-hour in-home de-cluttering and organising sessions.
By entering this competition you are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions. Instructions on how to enter and details advertising the competition form part of the conditions.
Becoming Organised is the promoter.
Entry is free.
Entry is open to people aged 18 years and over and who live within 20km drive from Legana, Tasmania 7277.
Entrants must submit their response on the competition post on the Becoming Organised Facebook page and complete the entry form on Becoming Organised's website by the closing date.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that their privacy settings allow their entry to be visible.
To enter, entrants must comment on the competition post on Becoming Organised's Facebook page with a photo of the room or space he/she/they would like to declutter and organise AND complete the entry form on Becoming Organised's website, telling us in 150 words or less why he/she/they would like to win a session with Becoming Organised and specifying the name of the room or space (e.g. pantry, wardrobe, linen closet).
All entry content must be original, unique and belong solely to you.
Entries must nominate a room or space in the home of the entrant and possessions to be de-cluttered and organised must belong to the entrant and/or entrant's dependents.
Becoming Organised will not de-clutter or organise spaces or rooms belonging to persons other than the entrant or his/her dependents.
Entries containing incorrect contact details, incomplete fields or offensive material will be deemed invalid and may be removed from the Becoming Organised Facebook page.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Only one prize per entrant will be allocated.
Each prize is a 3-hour in-home de-cluttering and organising session, valued at $270. The prize pool consists of a total of three sessions. Organising products are not included in this prize.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.
If any prize winner cannot be contacted within two weeks of the first notification or does not book a session by the date requested, a redraw will be held for that prize. Only one redraw will take place. The redraw prize winners will be selected and notified within two weeks of the redraw.
The competition commences at 1.00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 5 September 2021.
The competition will close at 11.59pm AEST on 18 September 2021.
The prizes will be drawn on 19 September 2021.
The winners will be chosen, based on merit, from all eligible entries received. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize winners will be contacted by phone or email within 3 days of the draw.
Prizes must be redeemed by 29 October 2021. Limited session dates/times are available. Winner must be present for duration of the de-cluttering and organising session.
Prize winners must agree to having the nominated room/space photographed before and after the de-cluttering and organising session, and these photos being used by Becoming Organised for promotional and educational purposes.
Prize winners must agree to provide a written testimonial (including initials and suburb) about the de-cluttering and organising session to Becoming Organising within two weeks of the session completion.
Prize winners must agree to and sign Becoming Organised's Service Agreement prior to the de-cluttering and organising session commencing.
Competition results will be published on the Becoming Organised website and social media channels.
All entries become the property of the promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
If due to circumstances beyond the control of Becoming Organised, the integrity or administration of the promotion is adversely affected, Becoming Organised may suspend the competition. Becoming Organised may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
